Ingredienti:
- 160 medium basil leaves
- 10 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 100 grams of shelled pine nuts
- 10 pinches of granulated salt
- 10 tablespoons of grated Pecorino cheese
- 10 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until well blended; add more olive oil as needed. Serves 20 normal people (17 if I am one of the dinner party).
